A fellow co-worker just informed me: an Asian guy won on the NBC show “Fame”! Harlemm Lee came out on top as the best dancer and singer voted by America, beating out Shannen Bex a 23 year old blonde.
This is so incredbile and encouraging. Many congrats to Harlemm Lee who is helping to blaze a trail for Asian Americans in entertainment!
This message is for Harlemm. I want you to know as long as you were on the show I watched you every week. I would like to know when they are going to bring you back on TV. You have such a great personality and you are full of life. I prayed that you won the show and your dreams came true. You did it kid and keep up the good work. When are we going to see you on TV again. At the time when you were performing and then at the end of the show I would call in three times to make sure you got my vote. I wanted to make up flyers and give them out in the neighbor hood so they would vote for you but I didn’t want to be taken away by the cops. I would like to know what you have been doing since the show went off the air and when you are coming back. All I have to say is that you have a great smile and great out look on life and if everyone had that this world world would be a better place to live.
