David Chiu

The Emmy Awards took place last night at the Shrine auditorium which happens to be less than 2 miles from our house. A friend of mine (and fellow actor) even worked as a valet at the event. The funny thing is, I didn’t even watch it on TV. I just don’t find it all that interesting. In fact, I don’t really find the Oscars that interesting either. Now don’t get me wrong, I appreciate the fact that people are being recognized for their hard work - and if I was ever nominated for any kind of acting award it would be one of the biggest and greatest nights of my life (second only to me getting married). But until then I just don’t see what all the hype is about. I’ll just read the highlights and summary at the Hollywood Reporter.
