The RIAA drama continues as they tie up the legal system and spend taxpayer dollars to sue another 261 people. Included in this list is a 12-year old girl living in NYC. This has become the 21st century witch hunt where the accused are being burned at the stake in the court system.
The RIAA is also now offering an “amnesty” deal. Admit your guilt, erase your hard drive, and you won’t be sued. (Admit you’re a witch and that you have practiced witchcraft and you won’t be burned - what movie was that?)
I think research should be done on the top lawyers and execs of the RIAA to find if any of them ever created a mixed tape back in the 80’s or taped a broadcast off of TV, or have pirated copies of software on their computers. That would be interesting.
