I found a new item at my local Ralphs the other day - Klondike CarbSmart Ice Cream bars! I picked up fudge bars and vanilla bars coated with chocolate - and they’re really good! Much better than the Atkins Ice Cream.
Everybody is jumping on the low-carb bandwagon. Just watch out for those Partially Hydrogenated Oils!

Notice how I said “The other day…” and how I didn’t mention anything about the strike.
But this brings up an interesting question. When SAG was on strike, does that mean that people should have not watched TV or gone to movies in support of SAG union members? If they did, were they crossing picket lines?
I only go to Trader Jo’s anyway. I resort going to Ralphs or Vons for those very few things Trader Jo doesn’t carry…
This stuff is great. I’ve been watching my carbs for over three years now, and there are only two things I can’t stand not having - potato chips and ice cream. It’s down to one with these things. The bars are really good, the half gallon Breyers Carb Smart is great too.

I bought some of the Carbsmart ice cream in Vanilla. It is sooooo good. and I found that Hanson’s diet Root beer is made with Splenda instead of Aspertaine!! So the Carbsmart Vanilla ice cream with the Hanson’s diet Root beer is a great root beer float!!
I too have tried the carb smart ice cream and love it. My only complaint is that awful stick in the fudge bar. It should be coated with something!!!!!!!!
FYI: If you ever find that you begin loosing your hair the Splenda may be the culprit. I have been reading some post on other sites. There are many who have claimed that they were experiencing hair loss while eating foods with Splenda. Fortuantly, the hair seems to come back once they quit eating it.
