I’ve had the Motorola MPX200 for over a week now and I absolutely love it!!! The only problem I had was a wierd buzzing from the keypad caused by the backlight. I did some research online and discovered that other people were having this problem as well. So today I took the phone back to Best Buy for an exchange. Hopefully I won’t have a problem with this phone. Anyway, tonight I’ve spent the last 3 hours customizing my phone with ringtones, images, Smartphone apps and even modifying the XML file which controls the layout and display of the “home page”. Very, very cool.

Hey, my Moto is also buzzing whenever the backlight comes on. It seems to be an intermitant problem. Did swapping your’s for a new handset solve the problem for good?
Fortunately it did. Only problem now is that AT&T is making the MPx200 obsolete since they will no longer be supporting the frequency it operates on. The phone will still work but the reception will stay poor. Right now I really hate AT&T.
