My fingers fly across the keyboard while windows open and close, move forward and back on the LCD screen. I effortlessly move between systems on the internet and applications on the computer moving information around in the virtual world. I am stuck in the machine, living in the internet. There is something very seductive and appealing with having the knowledge and power to move and manipulate information in the virutal world - across boundries and barriers setup to stop most people. I’ve lived in this world for so long I know shortcuts and backdoors to manipulate, change, add, delete and retrieve all kinds of information living on the vast internet. But I feel trapped in this left brain world. My right brain screams to be released from this virtual world - to experience freedom in the tangible world - to manipulate information in a different way - a way that connects my heart and soul to people. A way that creates a virtual network of emotional connections to peoples hearts and minds.
My right brain commands my fingers to fly across the keyboard and create a new interface. An interface which taps into my heart and soul and display it’s content on the internet. Hopefully someone will see the signs and help me become more than a ghost in the machine.
