  • two pieces of organic whole wheat bread and half a jar of premium yellowfin tuna in olive oil
  • two pieces of organic whole wheat bread and half a jar of premium yellowfin tuna in olive oil
  • 1 packet of uncle sam’s oatmeal with flaxseed
  • Koo Koo Roo’s half rotisserie chicken (no skin), 1 yam and italian veggies

Workout log

  • 3 sets of 30 push-ups
