This is the 4th yoga fusion class in 6 days and these classes are really whipping me into shape. I’ve really enjoyed the classes so far which definitely helps keep me motivated. As far as our diet, Heather and I have been eating very clean not straying from lots of veggies, lean protein, and whole grains.
I just re-read the journey of ultra-marathon runner Dean Karnazes which is an awesome inspiring story of how powerful our minds are and what can be achieved with focus and an intense drive to succeed.
Food log:
- Pinto beans, bown rice, onions, red peppers, chicken, and loads of hot sauce

- Turkey, swiss and cabbage wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla
- Poquito Mas Bean and Steak (only) burrito
